Shaping the minds that will shape Africa.
A bilingual university in Abidjan. We teach across four faculties, in French and English, and we are still building.
Go deeper
Four pages with the detail: what we stand for, who governs the university, how it is recognised, and who teaches here.
UNIABIDJAN was founded in 2016, authorised by the Ministry in the same year, and now teaches four faculties in two languages, with every programme homologated.
Our values are founded on
Leadership
Excellence
Upheld through
Self-discipline, quest for knowledge, integrity, honesty, trust, professionalism, innovation, fairness, hard work, and respect toward stakeholders and community.
Our mantra
Learn and Lead
Two words set the brief for every programme we run: students should leave knowing their field, and able to take responsibility in it. The teaching behind that draws on four traditions at once.
African Vibrancy
Local heritage, entrepreneurial energy and the resilience of the communities our students come from.
Cocody, Abidjan
Anglo-Saxon Creativity
Critical thinking, flexible course design and room to question what you are taught.
English-taught Bachelors
Francophone Distinction
The rigour and scholarly tradition of the LMD system, which our Licences follow.
French-taught Licences
Asian Pragmatism
Discipline, efficiency and a bias toward results you can measure.
